Overview

A complete LED lighting solution for hospital wards consisting of;

1. Recessed linear luminaire in innovative angular ‘U’ shape
2. Two bedhead downlights at each end of ‘U’ for patient activity
3. One downlight over foot of the bed with optional integrated emergency

The system is supplied as a complete unit with all products pre-wired and mounted into a 1800mm x 1200mm metal frame
Specially designed to comply with Healthcare guidelines LG2 and BS EN12464-1 (1000 lux and Ra90)

Controls and Scenes
Careline is a DALI addressable system and as such can be connected to a standalone room or building-wide Whitecroft Connect system

Supplied with 7 button wall control panel for programming on site with the following 6 scenes:

1. Examination – 1000 lux
2. General nursing care – 300 lux
3. Patient rest / Daytime – 30–40 lux
4. Reading – 300 lux at top of bed
5. Night light – 5 lux at end of bed and 0.5 lux on pillow
6. Observation – 20-40 lux

Each scene can be dimmed to suit the needs of the patient and hospital staff, whether through a bed handset (by others) or a wall-mounted switch panel (supplied with the luminaire)
