Whitecroft have invested extensively over the last 10 years in Lighting Control systems to complement their market leading luminaries. Recently further developments have seen Whitecroft develop Industry leading Wireless Lighting Control systems that take advantage of the latest technology.  

We are looking for team members who, like our products are at the top of their game. We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated and professional individuals to join our external sales team, be part of the most dynamic company in the business and help us to drive our continuing growth. Whitecroft prides itself to build a modern high quality portfolio that bring light compliance and innovation to our customers. You will be working in a fast pace dynamic environment and will need to be able to work remotely as part of a team and deal with sometimes pressured environments. We provide continuing training and support. 


Primary Role

This role is to contribute in the promotion, specification and project sale within most importantly the London region to promote Whitecroft Lighting Control Solutions and create the demand for those products and services from electrical contractors, electrical consultants / specifiers, and end users. Your will have good presentation skills, be outgoing and have the ability to understand multiple level contract negotiations. You will be a self-starter and be able to accurately report via direct line and CRM management systems. STRICTLY NO AGENCIES.


Qualifications and Capabilities

  • IT Literate in all Microsoft Office applications especially Excel – AutoCAD would be a great advantage
  • Strong negotiating skills and understanding of project selling highly desired
  • Qualified or Conversant with the latest Edition of Wiring Regulations
  • Extensive knowledge of lighting controls products with a technical understanding of particularly DALI Addressable Lighting Control Systems
  • Knowledge of geography and contacts an advantage
  • Highly motivated, good can do attitude
  • A good sense of humor and a commitment to hard work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A disciplined approach to managing their own time
  • Ability to drive and comfortable with long working hours
  • Must be flexible as social events may be out of working hours
  • Full driving licence
