Our Account Managers focus on business creation and maintaining our large network of business partners. They manage ongoing contracts and large projects. Our products are innovative and made at our state of the art facility in Manchester, UK.

We are looking for team members who, like our products are at the top of their game. We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated and professional individuals to join our external sales team, be part of the most dynamic company in the business and help us to drive our continuing growth.

Whitecroft Lighting prides itself to build a modern high quality portfolio that bring light compliance and innovation to our customers, through our own SMT line to IOT ready products. You will be working in a fast pace dynamic environment and will need to be able to work remotely as part of a team and deal with sometimes pressured environments. We provide continuing training and support. 


Primary Role

To promote Whitecroft Lighting products and create the demand for those products from electrical contractors, electrical consultants / specifiers, and end users. You will have good presentation skills, be outgoing and have the ability to understand multiple level contract negotiations. You will be a self-starter and be able to accurately report via direct line and CRM management systems. STRICTLY NO AGENCIES.


Qualifications and Capabilities

  • IT Literate in all Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
  • Fully competent in Relux or Dialux desirable but training can be provided if necessary
  • Strong negotiating skills and understanding of project selling highly desired
  • Knowledge of geography and contacts an advantage
  • Highly motivated, good can do attitude
  • A good sense of humor and a commitment to hard work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A disciplined approach to managing their own time
  • Ability to drive and comfortable with long working hours
  • Must be flexible as social events may be out of working hours
  • Full driving licence
