You'll work as part of our Post Order Services Team to schedule and co-ordinate Service Engineers in line with project requirements and deadlines in order to deliver an excellent customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for coordinating scheduling and co-ordinating Service Engineers in line with project requirements and deadlines including Controls commissioning days, Pre-start days, Paid service days. In addition you will also be required to fulfil the following duties.
-Manage engineers calendar utilising availability and skill set to suit the project requirement being able to react professionally and efficiently to changes and last-minute issues/delays.
-Create document pack for each site visit including project requirements, project specific parameters, drawings and RAMS.
-Review site reports and advise on next steps and/or required actions to both internal and external stakeholders.
-Create and issue commissioning certificate once project completed.
-Deal with all associated invoicing from sub-contractors, logging them and raising/approving purchase orders.
-Support in the creation of daily and monthly reports and KPI’s.
-Deal with various queries by phone / email and verbally throughout the day.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 GCSEs at grades A–C (grade 4 or above), including Maths and English, strong attention to detail, and proven experience completing administrative tasks accurately and on time. You should be confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams and Excel) and able to work effectively to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
