  • What is a "Centre-Managed" service vs a "Self-Managed" system?

    With a Centre-Managed system (SmartLight and SmartInsight), our central team remotely monitors your lighting system’s health, tracks performance, and captures compliance data for you. If you ever choose to opt out of the managed service, the system safely reverts to a "Self-Managed" state where you control the portal locally.

  • What happens during the allotted Annual Health Check?

    The Annual Health Check is a scheduled, face-to-face partner touchpoint. Our specialists inspect your system's overall health, review performance metrics, and optimise your lighting behaviours to match how your team's needs have evolved over the year.

  • How does Centralised Compliance save money over the life of the building?

    Traditionally, running mandatory monthly emergency lighting tests and gathering Part L energy data requires hands-on manual labour, on-site servers, or expensive third-party FM call-outs. Centralised Compliance automates this entire process safely via the cloud, drastically reducing the whole-life operational cost of your estate.
