Empowering the Next Generation of Industry Professionals

We are delighted to celebrate the graduation of our second Bright Futures Academy cohort, who have successfully completed the programme and recently received their awards at the Whitecroft London showroom, delivered in partnership with Willmott Dixon. The initiative brings together industry experts and emerging professionals across construction and facilities management, creating a collaborative environment focused on development, learning, and real-world application.

Over an intensive 12-month journey, students engaged in workshops, CIBSE-accredited CPDs, online learning, regional sessions, and hands-on experiences within manufacturing and laboratory environments. The programme provided valuable insight into circularity in construction, lighting innovation, controls, product selection, light quality and wellbeing, and emergency lighting, culminating in final presentations that showcased by the students showcasing their strong technical understanding, creativity, and collaboration.

Looking ahead

Whitecroft Ignite academy will continue to foster talent, strengthen partnerships, and drive innovation across the industry. By equipping individuals with the tools and knowledge to succeed, we aim to shape a brighter, more circular future for lighting and construction.
