Whitecroft Lighting has appointed Steve Wilson as IT Director, strengthening its senior leadership team as the business continues to invest in digital innovation, artificial intelligence (AI) and cybersecurity.

Steve Wilson brings more than 20 years of experience leading technology and digital transformation programmes across manufacturing and multi-site organisations.

In his new role, Steve will lead Whitecroft Lighting's IT strategy, driving the adoption of AI, enhancing cybersecurity and improving data sharing across the business. He will also work closely with our parent company, the Fagerhult Group, to support technology initiatives and collaboration across its network of European lighting businesses.

Steve's appointment forms part of Whitecroft Lighting's wider digital transformation programme, ensuring our internal technology capabilities continue to evolve alongside the intelligent lighting solutions we develop for our customers.
