Ignite Your Future Academy is a 12-month programme designed to inspire and equip the next generation of talent. Through workshops, CPD sessions, and hands-on mentoring, participants gain insight into circularity in construction, the latest innovations in lighting manufacturing, and the skills needed to excel in the lighting industry.
