Overview

Whitecroft Link is based upon distributed intelligence; this means that there is no central controller and no area controllers. All intelligence is in the 'local' devices; usually presence detectors.

A two-wire communications bus connects all devices enabling them to share occupancy and control information; this gives greatly enhanced presence detection performance and facilitates a host of user-friendly control features such as automatic corridor linking (i.e. corridor lighting can be sustained by occupancy in other areas).

The simplicity of this control philosophy leads to a system that is reliable, easy to understand, commission and re-configure.

Choice of 4 or 10 button scene plates available with white or stainless steel cover plate
Bus power supply units available, powering and sychronising up to 200 compatible devices*
Hand held controllers and programming tools available to aid on site commissioning

* Lite version also available, suitable for small buildngs or areas with fewer than 100 compatible devices
