About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quotations Coordinator to join our Whitecroft Direct team. This role is central to delivering accurate, timely, and commercially competitive quotations, while providing technical support to both customers and internal stakeholders.

Acting as a key point of contact for house accounts, you will play an important role in converting customer enquiries into successful orders. You will work collaboratively across teams, using your analytical skills and commercial awareness to interpret specifications, produce take-offs, and propose suitable product alternatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their technical expertise within a customer-focused, fast-paced environment, with scope to build knowledge in lighting design and commercial processes.

Key Responsibilities 

• Act as a Quotations Coordinator, supporting the wider professional team
• Manage and respond to email enquiries for house accounts in a timely manner
• Handle incoming calls and assist with customer enquiries
• Complete take-offs to generate accurate quotations
• Review luminaire schedules and propose suitable Whitecroft alternative products
• Follow up on quotations and support forecasting of potential orders
• Manage personal workload and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines
• Develop lighting design skills, including calculations and scheme designs
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide effective solutions
• Maintain high standards of customer service and communication throughout
