That’s why we have developed the Whitecroft Lighting Academy, a structured learning programme that will allow us to develop our future leaders, and ensure all of our staff have access to the best professional development opportunities available in our industry.

Our Academy programme has been developed in 3 tiers, to identify, recruit and train new talent, equip our employees with the necessary skills to succeed, and to develop them into senior managers and leaders. This is achieved through a number of different schemes as illustrated below.
