Innovation plays a crucial role in the success of any business – and to achieve it, we must embrace collaboration.

Our Learning and Development Officer, Warren Young, spoke at the 'Tameside Means Business conference', hosted at Tameside College, to share Whitecroft’s ambitions to collaborate and connect with local colleges. This includes sharing vital resources – such as offering work placements and upcoming T Level opportunities to students – to provide them with the experience needed to prepare for life beyond education, while also raising awareness of career opportunities available right on their doorstep.

Warren says:

“We are seeing more collaboration with Tameside College since the launch of their Innovation Centre. It has opened up opportunities for our team, enhancing our business by developing new technologies alongside students. By integrating our activities into their curriculum, we’re helping provide the hands-on experience that is critical to starting their careers.”
