Fagerhult has acquired the IPR and certain of the assets of Organic Response Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed) and Organic Response Investors Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed). These IPR and assets relate to the lighting control and building analytics solution known under the Organic Response brand name.
